There's actually no need to manually specify which one is the "official coin." A truly vibrant token will naturally be chosen by the community. A genuinely united community will have already clarified its stance through official channels—specifically, which contract address to support. The power of the market and the community is enough to make a choice without human intervention.

That's right. Instead of arguing over votes, it's better to see who truly has community support; the market will speak.

That's right, the market speaks for itself, and true consensus cannot be hidden. Those still arguing over which is the "real coin" mostly have issues with their projects themselves.

The market speaks, and all the unnecessary words are just noise. Communities naturally differentiate, and the strong get stronger.

actually... this assumes markets operate with perfect information, which they don't. how many retail users even *understand* the cryptographic primitives differentiating fork tokens? most just follow hype signals, not rational choice theory
