I've had my eye on the 3163 level for a while, just waiting for a pullback. BTC isn't moving, so ETH is pointless; it still depends on the big guy's mood. 3240 feels a bit risky; reaching 3200 would be considered good. It's just consecutive bullish candles, don't get too excited. This rebound will only be interesting if it breaks 3170.

I've been watching the 3163 level for a while, just waiting for it to drop again. This wave of ETH's rebound isn't strong enough; I truly don't believe it will break 3240. Whenever BTC moves, ETH follows suit—what else can we do... Around 3140 is indeed a good spot to buy the dip, but be cautious of another fake rebound. Bullish setup? I'm still waiting for even lower levels, don't rush too much.
