The CFTC finally wants to regulate this area, but the rules are still the same old tricks. Can they truly be future-proof... I don't believe it.

CFTC is cracking down again... Will this time lead to real reform or just another paper tiger? Honestly, I'm a bit numb to it.

ngl, "future-proof" sounds nice until you dig into what they're actually defining as compliant... CFTC moving at regulatory speed while the tech evolves faster. seen this pattern before, red flags on implementation timelines tbh

CFTC's recent moves are really serious this time, but I'm just worried it might be the same old paper talk. Whether it will actually be implemented depends on how they execute it later.

CFTC is coming with "modernization" again? Basically, they just want to control the narrative... In the prediction market space, everyone wants a piece of the pie.
