After some careful thought, why can't I make money—simply put, I find many things ridiculous. The deeper I think about it, the fundamental reason I find it ridiculous is because of myself: conservatism, outdated thinking, arrogance, prejudice. When these things pile up together, missing opportunities becomes only natural.
It's just that, no matter how much I reflect, I still find it ridiculous. Maybe this is inherently a vicious cycle.

honestly feels like the author's describing a feedback loop that's actually quite common in web3 circles too. like, recognizing the bias is half the battle but then getting stuck in that recognition—that's the real trap. game theory would say you need an external force to break the loop, not just introspection

Haha, you're right. But there are still quite a few people who continue to play this game after reflecting on it.

The term "infinite loop" is spot on; reflection itself has become a new cage.

To be honest, I understand this vicious cycle all too well. Self-reflection has also become another form of arrogance, and I still can't get into that circle.
