Gate Card is a digital assets credit card offered by Gate that allows eligible users to pay or withdraw using digital assets at supported merchants. It can be used online, in-store, at ATMs, and in other scenarios. Users may also enjoy various promotions both within and outside the Gate platform.

To apply for a Gate Card, users must complete Level 2 identity verification and provide the required identification documents. Some card types may also require valid proof of address issued within the past three months. Gate Card is only available to users in non-restricted countries or regions. Eligibility, card type availability, and specific features depend on the user's verification status, residence, the issuing institution's review, and applicable compliance requirements. Gate reserves the right to approve or reject applications based on internal risk assessments.

Gate offers several card options. Users can visit the Gate Card webpage or access the card selection page through the Gate Pay App, choose the card that best fits their needs, and click [Apply Now]. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete identity verification and the review process. Virtual card applications are typically reviewed within 3–5 minutes. Once approved, users can activate and start using their card right away.

The Gate Card is linked to your Gate Pay payment account, and your available spending limit is based on the available balance in that account. Please note that the actual available amount may vary due to factors such as transaction processing, exchange rate fluctuations, settlement arrangements, risk control measures, or other operational considerations. The final amount available will be determined by the balance displayed at the time of the transaction. To increase your available balance, you can purchase digital assets using Gate's Buy Crypto feature or transfer digital assets to your Gate account from another wallet or platform.

Gate Card currently supports Visa only and can be used at over 150 million Visa-accepting merchants worldwide. During a transaction, the system will automatically convert your digital assets according to card rules and applicable exchange rates. The final transaction amount is determined based on the confirmed transaction details.

Gate Card currently supports four digital assets: USDT, BTC, ETH and GT. Supported assets may vary depending on the card type, issuing institution, or region. The actual supported currencies are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific card and the information displayed on the relevant card page. Additional assets may be supported in the future as our services continue to expand.

Users can use the physical Gate Card to withdraw cash at supported ATMs. Please note that ATM withdrawals may incur fees from the card issuer and be affected by exchange rate differences.
