The ZkCasino scammer's 20x leveraged ETH position on Hyperliquid was completely liquidated and resulted in a loss of 27.1 million dollars. This scammer had previously stolen over 40 million dollars.
ZkCasino, presenting itself as a gambling platform and blockchain-based casino, convinced investors that they could withdraw their investments within 30 days. However, when the truth emerged, investors suffered significant losses. According to Onchain Lens data, the scammer experienced a major financial collapse during this process.
The scammer behind ZkCasino lost $27.1 million after falling into liquidity as a result of a transaction involving Ethereum (ETH) with 20x leverage. While these losses partially compensated for some of the money the scammer had previously stolen, the consequences were quite dramatic.
