Foresight News reports that the BTCFi project Babylon has announced a merger agreement with NASDAQ-listed company ATA Creativity Global (AACG) with a transaction amount of 100 million USD (of which 30 million USD is in cash). This transaction is jointly executed by Baby BTC Strategic Capital and Babylon Foundation.
