A British man who lost a Bitcoin hard drive worth £620 million plans to tokenize 8000 BTC into Ceiniog Coin.

According to Foresight News, James Howells, a British man who lost a hard drive containing £620 million worth of Bitcoin, tweeted that he has attempted to contact the Newport City Council multiple times over the past 12 years, including public proposals, percentage sharing, mediation, legal action, and offers exceeding £25 million, but has been ignored. He is no longer seeking permission and plans to tokenize the entire wallet of 8000 BTC into 800 billion Ceiniog Coin (INI), matching the value of Satoshi on a 1:1 basis, based on Bitcoin, powered by OPRETURN, integrated with Stacks, Runes, and Ordinals, and is expected to launch later in 2025.
