#加密资产监管# It seems that the regulation of stablecoins in Hong Kong has finally been implemented. Over the past few years, I have experienced a lot in the crypto market and have seen too many projects engaging in illegal activities under the guise of Compliance. Now that the Hong Kong Monetary Authority has taken action, at least it gives us some assurance. However, I still want to remind everyone to remain vigilant. Even with regulation, it does not mean that risks will disappear.

I have particularly noticed that no institution has yet obtained a stablecoin issuance license. This means that any stablecoin or issuer claiming to be "regulated" or "licensed" in Hong Kong is very likely engaging in fraud. We must remain vigilant at all times and not easily believe these self-proclaimed claims.

In addition, Hong Kong's approach of "first strict, then stable" is also worth noting. This may mean that there will be very few institutions obtaining licenses in the initial stages, possibly only 3 to 4. I believe this is a wise move that can better control risks.

Overall, while regulation has brought some positive changes, we must remain vigilant at all times and manage our own risks effectively. After all, in this market, it ultimately relies on our own judgment to protect our assets.
