The former Minister of Justice of Montenegro proposed the issuance of bonds to purchase BTC and ETH to establish a $5 billion national digital reserve.

[Coin World] According to reports, former Montenegrin Minister of Justice Andrej Milovic proposed the issuance of government bonds to raise 500 million euros to purchase Bitcoin and Ethereum, and to establish a strategic national digital currency reserve. He believes that the reserve size will appreciate to 3-5 billion dollars in the next five years, which can support the development of Montenegro's transportation, energy, and digital sectors. In addition, Andrej Milovic also suggested incorporating digital currencies as collateral for the country's loans to fund the construction of a national data center.
