The Central National Treasury Bonds Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. announced that it has decided to simplify the investment process for foreign central bank-type institutions entering the market. Starting from today, it will no longer require them to provide a commitment letter for signing agreements, in order to implement the relevant requirements of the People's Bank of China.
