The US will continue to amend the implementation of the tariff on Chinese goods (including goods from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region) as stipulated in Executive Order No. 14257 dated April 2, 2025. From August 12, 2025, the implementation of the 24% tariff will be suspended for another 90 days, while retaining the remaining 10% tariff as stipulated in that executive order on these goods. 2. China will continue to (1) modify the implementation of the tariff on US goods as stipulated in Announcement No. 4 of the Tax Commission in 2025.
