A U.S. court has temporarily suspended the litigation against a certain trading platform regarding biometric data. Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman of the Northern District of Illinois Federal Court approved a motion filed by the certain trading platform to pause the lawsuit until the appellate court rules on a similar case. The case accuses the certain trading platform of failing in KYC.
