Such large abnormal transactions indeed easily make one think that the protocol has been attacked. 27 million is indeed a huge amount for a single user, and I hope it is just an operational error and not a real security incident. The transparency of DeFi is sometimes a double-edged sword, as all anomalies are exposed on-chain.
