Don't remind me again today

So where exactly did that recession everyone kept screaming about disappear to?

Seriously. For months we heard nonstop warnings—economists rolling out charts, analysts predicting doom, everyone positioning for the crash. And now? Crickets. Markets keep grinding higher, employment stays solid, consumer spending refuses to crater.

Either the prediction models were garbage from the start, or we're witnessing the most delayed recession in modern history. The disconnect between forecasts and reality is getting absurd. Makes you wonder how much of macro analysis is just narrative-driven noise rather than actual signal.

Are we back to this trap again? Economists cry wolf every day, I'm already numb to it.

Well, this is called the safest part of the storm eye, we are all betting on who runs last. From a technical perspective, the on-chain data of this rebound shows that whales are still continuously building positions, but who knows? The backtesting models of economists are just like that; reality is always harsher and crazier. Wait, so my previous calculations on the arbitrage space for the targets were in vain... I feel like this time it’s really a delayed version of the recession, or it might not come at all, but I have long been mentally prepared to be harvested. The question is, when will it explode? Data shows that this pattern has appeared twice in the past 240 hours, and the outcomes were not very good. In fact, most macro narratives are just storytelling; the signal-to-noise ratio is ridiculously high. Anyway, I have long calculated my liquidation price, and I will be liquidated sooner or later, which aligns with my expectations of myself, haha.

Haha, the economists have failed again, and this time they can't even come up with latency.

Laughing to death, are they squeezing toothpaste again? Economists talk about the wolf coming every day, but the market has already opened the champagne.
