US President Donald Trump will give a speech at the Digital Asset Summit tomorrow (DAS). For the first time, a US President will speak at a crypto-focused conference.
The announcement came after a speech by Bo Hines, the Executive Director of the White House's Council of Digital Asset Advisors, earlier this week, which implied the administration's plans to support the recently announced strategic BTC reserve.
At the summit, influential speakers include lawmakers Representative Ro Khanna and Representative Tom Emmer, as well as top industry executives. Among them will be Strategy CEO Michael Saylor and Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse. During the event, Garlinghouse will make an important announcement stating that the Securities and Exchange Commission has withdrawn its appeal against Ripple, which he declared a significant legal victory for the company.
