Today, Powell stated that the Interest Rate will not decrease quickly, indicating that the likelihood of a rate cut in the coming months remains low. Data shows that there will be no more than 2 rate cuts within this year, and they are likely concentrated after September, specifically depending on the changes in CPI data and employment situation. Therefore, the Federal Reserve's impact on the market in the short term will not be significant. Moreover, in the past decade's Federal Reserve interest rate decisions, whether cutting or raising rates, they have mainly concentrated in the second half of the year, with relatively few instances of rate changes occurring in the first half.

Regarding the rise and fall, there are mixed opinions in the market. Some advise you to hold onto the green mountains and not let go, while others tell you that the crash has just begun. It's hard to know which strategist to listen to. When the market rises, those who are bullish seem impressive, and when it falls, those who are bearish seem accurate. Every day, people oscillate between thinking various things are impressive and just boasting.
Is the Bitcoin bull still around?
In fact, this question is not important; what matters is whether you are still here or not? If the market is bullish, how do you position yourself? If it is bearish, how do you arrange it? I have always emphasized that in the contract market, it doesn't matter if it's a bull or bear market, whether there are more long or short positions; as long as there is price fluctuation, we are simply taking advantage of price differences. Direction is more important than position; position determines confidence. People always hope for good things to happen to themselves, but rarely think about how to respond when bad things occur.
