In a bull run, achieving success hinges on two key aspects: ample position and timely exit.

First, let's talk about the importance of position. If your capital is small, say only 500,000, even with precise operations, achieving a target of 10 million requires a 19-fold increase. In contrast, those who are heavily invested only need to seize a doubling market to easily surpass you. The biggest regret in a bull run is not selecting the wrong asset, but correctly judging the direction yet failing to fully benefit due to a light position. Remember, a bull run is a market where everything rises. Even if you hold mediocre stocks, as long as you remain patient and do not cut losses casually, your moment of increase will eventually come.

However, what is more critical is to understand when to exit at the right time. As the bull run approaches its end, there is often a phenomenon where huge trading volumes coincide with skyrocketing prices, with various sectors rising in turn. You may notice that stocks that previously had slow increases suddenly begin to accelerate in their rise. This is not due to your particularly sharp insight, but rather that the market has shifted to these stocks.

At this stage, it is essential to remember one point: the ultimate goal of investment is to achieve returns, not to show off. A strategy of taking profits in batches should be adopted, gradually realizing profits, and one should not fantasize about taking all profits at once. The worst is being greedy even after making ten million, wanting to earn one hundred million. This greedy mentality caused many investors to suffer significant losses during the bull run of 2021.

The key to success in a bull run is not in technical analysis, but in accurately grasping the market rhythm, maintaining an appropriate position, understanding sector rotation, holding quality chips, and most importantly, knowing when to exit.

True market veterans can always leave with a smile, rather than return in tears. This is the true winning strategy in a bull run.

What are you showing off? Are you playing people for suckers or not? It's just this matter.

let me break this down: position sizing is just a variable in the ROI function, timing's the real alpha

Look at how retail investors understand RSI divergence, always in a full position at high levels.
