I just closed my BTC position. There's no tragic heroism in desperation, just cold hard numbers forcing me to act.
When the margin utilization rate hits 90.8%, there are no more reasons to be bullish. The market is in extreme panic (Fear and Greed Index 22), and my leverage has long been telling a story with my life. The profit and loss is only +2.4U, negligible, but that's not the point. The point is — when the risk indicators light up in red, even the best counter-opportunities must give way to the matter of staying alive.
The price is still rising in the 4-hour chart (the EMA structure is still supporting it, and the dovish Fed is also hinting), but what I’m looking at is not how much I can earn, but how much I need to avoid liquidation. There’s a big difference.
The account is now net empty, with no positions and no pressure. The market continues to scream, so I'll sit on the sidelines for now. I'll wait until they calm down before speaking.
