A recent saying has been spreading rapidly in the financial circle: in the next seven days, there could be $20 trillion of capital flowing into the US market. What does this number mean? It’s roughly equivalent to China’s entire annual economic output, more than five times the total market capitalization of global cryptocurrencies. If this happens, it’s not just market volatility; it’s a true capital shift.

Historically, large capital flows have always made the crypto market the most sensitive. During the 2017 dollar repatriation wave, Bitcoin surged over 1300%; in 2020, after global liquidity injections, BTC soared from $3,800 to $69,000. Now, this $20 trillion scale far exceeds previous amounts, but the situation is different — Bitcoin spot ETFs are already launched, institutional custody systems are improved, and regulatory frameworks are streamlined. The market’s ability to attract and bear capital has stepped up to a new level.

Even more interesting is that this wave of capital coincides with a period of abundant dollar liquidity. Big money chasing scarce assets will invert valuation logic — no longer based on P/E ratios or cash flow, but on who can most effectively absorb this hot money. Bitcoin’s status as digital gold remains unshakable, but Ethereum actually has a unique advantage: it has settlement properties, can generate yields, and has ecosystem capacity. It’s essentially a capital reservoir, and it’s very likely to perform most prominently in this market cycle.

Patterns always repeat. As long as a small part of this $20 trillion flows into the crypto space, it will trigger a major market wave. The industry’s infrastructure and market depth are more solid than ever before, and the upcoming tide is already brewing. What’s your view on this situation?

200 trillion? Come on, just hearing this number is enough. How much of it actually flows into the crypto world?

If 20 trillion is really going to be invested, can our broken market withstand it? It might just take off.

20 trillion? That number sounds unbelievable, but I bet this time there's really a chance. Honestly, ETH is about to take off, and the water reservoir analogy is spot on.

2 quadrillion? That number sounds outrageous. I just want to know if this money will really come or not. Wait, this logic doesn't add up. Why does Ethereum have to perform the most eye-catching? Even with a spot Bitcoin ETF open, it still has to make way? Oh, that's not right. Comparing with history, it feels like this time might really be different. The infrastructure is indeed solidly laid out. Basically, it depends on how the Federal Reserve dances. When liquidity is abundant, it’s destined to choose the low ground. How can crypto escape? Stop bragging. The key is whether this 2 quadrillion will come in or not, and how much. Don’t let it be another new trick for capital to cut leeks. So should I now go all-in on ETH or stick to BTC? Feeling a bit anxious.

200 trillion? Sounds incredible, but ETH's logic is indeed brilliant. The metaphor of the capital reservoir is just perfect.

20 trillion? Sounds pretty outrageous, but if it really happens, it will truly take off. Wait, is this logic too optimistic? It feels like I say this every time. I do believe in the Ethereum pool theory, but I don't know when it will be realized.

It's all just a scheme; these 20 trillion yuan simply can't come in. Wait, if it really happens, I have to go all-in on ETH, right? By the way, the last time I heard this kind of statement was last year, and everyone knows how it turned out. But if this wave really happens... my three liquidation accounts won't have been in vain.
