Ethereum whale movements show new changes.
According to on-chain data, a well-known ETH whale has resumed adding to their position over the past 3 days. Just an hour ago, they withdrew 5,500 ETH from a major exchange, worth approximately $16.09 million USD. Since December 5th, this whale has withdrawn a total of 34,415.46 ETH from exchanges, with a total value of $107 million USD, and an average cost basis of around $3,131.11.
Interestingly, at the current market price, this position is already in unrealized loss — a loss of $7.162 million USD. Is this a bottom-fishing move or simply a matter of steadfast belief? Based on the ongoing withdrawal pace, it seems this large holder is providing an answer through their actions. In a highly volatile market, the flow of large holdings often reflects deeper market expectations.
