#数字资产市场动态 Bitcoin surges to $126,000 and then sharply drops. This market really feels like a roller coaster ride.

In just a few months, the total market capitalization of the crypto market has evaporated by $1 trillion. Many people's gains at the beginning of the year were wiped out instantly. Seeing the red numbers on the balance, it’s a tough pill to swallow.

What is the key issue? The change in the international trade situation in mid-October directly triggered a market crash, with the derivatives market experiencing a liquidation scale of $19 billion within 24 hours. Ethereum was not spared either, following Bitcoin with a noticeable decline. What lessons can we learn? Although crypto assets are highly independent, they are still vulnerable to macroeconomic shocks. Policy signals and capital flow directions remain decisive factors.

Currently, there are two main opinions in the industry: one believes that the "crypto winter" is reappearing, but another, including well-known institutions and platform leaders, has observed that large amounts of capital are quietly entering the market, and the institutional trend has not stopped. I tend to believe this is a normal retracement within a cycle adjustment, rather than a systemic crisis.

**Current response strategies:**

*Prioritize stability* — During periods of high volatility, don’t leverage heavily; one wave could wipe you out. It’s important to stay cautious, but there’s no need to rush into full positions to buy the dip.

*Believe in the long term* — If you have confidence in the prospects of blockchain technology, downturns are actually good opportunities to select high-quality projects. Gradually building positions through dollar-cost averaging can effectively lower the average cost.

*Stay sensitive to information* — Macro information such as international policies, central bank moves, and capital flows are increasingly correlated with the market now. Merely watching candlestick charts is not enough.

Bull markets can also crash, and bear markets can rebound — this is the rule. Stay rational, maintain sufficient ammunition, and you can survive longer in this market. The more turbulent the waves, the clearer your mind needs to be.

19 billion liquidation, some are happy, some are worried Another wave of cutting leeks When macro policies move, we have to cry along; what's the point of strong independence? Institutions are entering the market? It looks like they are bottom-fishing others' lows Leverage traders are probably going to lie flat again Dollar-cost averaging is the way to go; don't expect to get rich overnight This time is really a test of mental resilience

19 billion liquidation? Haha, I've seen something even more intense in 2017, that was a real bloodbath. This current wave? It's just a shakeout, institutions are accumulating here, everyone.

190 billion liquidation, this is truly the real weed cutter --- Once again, as soon as the policy is announced, the entire market reacts, what independence are we talking about in crypto? --- I've been saying for a long time not to touch high leverage, has anyone gone to the hospital yet? --- Institutional quietly entering? I don’t believe you, I’m still waiting for the mid-term. --- I've been hearing this dollar-cost averaging argument for three years, and what’s the result? Still trapped. --- Did anyone really go all-in when it was $126,000? Now they must regret it. --- Macro information is so important, why not talk about it earlier? Just staring at the candlestick chart for a month. --- Still talking about ammunition reserves, easy to say, but cash is long gone. --- If this wave is truly a cycle adjustment, how much longer do we have to wait? --- Seeing the balance bar all red, talking about rationality is just nonsense.
