Decide to start a self-discipline challenge from 2026.

Recently, I noticed my focus declining, being distracted by various fragmented information, and my efficiency also dropping. So I decided to restart my cultivation mode.

The plan is simple but must be executed strictly:

✓ Eliminate cheap pleasures — stop meaningless information consumption and entertainment fragmentation
✓ Focus on goals — treat each trading decision like a cultivation practice
✓ Basic life skills — regular diet, sufficient sleep, daily exercise, meditation
✓ Trading content iteration — will release improved versions of trading analysis and practical summaries

Most importantly, maintain accountability. I will stick to daily updates to ensure continuous output of valuable trading insights. Interested friends can follow this process and spend a productive and fulfilling early 2026 together.
