Starting from 350u at the beginning of the month, now only 100u is left in hand. This week has been really tough, repeatedly worn down by the market, hitting stop-loss after stop-loss, ultimately losing 250u.

Money management is easy to talk about, but in practice it's a whole different story. The planned position control didn't keep up with the rhythm; watching the K-line move, I softened and added more, only to be slapped in the face with a reverse move, cutting losses the hardest.

Yesterday, I gritted my teeth and took a long position on Bitcoin, pushing in 40u. Today, I switched to a short on a mainstream coin, which feels a bit like gambling. That's just how the market is—you can never predict the next move, only adjust your positions according to the rhythm.

Keep exploring; the road is still long.

Wow, losing 250 USD in a week? That's pretty intense, I feel for you.

It hurts, brother. The market this week really wore people out. The hardest part is cutting losses; you always feel like it will rebound the next second. Being too soft-hearted and adding more is truly a fatal mistake. I've fallen into that trap too. The gambling vibe is too strong. Be careful of a crash.

Wow, this market is really fierce. I lost 250u, brother, I feel heartbroken. --- The moment I increased my position, I knew I had to cut my losses. I keep fooling myself like this every time. --- Putting 40u into Bitcoin, then turning around to short again. This move is really getting to me. --- The so-called money management? It sounds good, but when it comes to the market, I forget everything. Am I the only one like this? --- This week has been worn out enough, feels like my account is bleeding. --- Is it gambling? It’s been so intense that it’s hard to shake off, haha. --- Just looking at the candlesticks makes my heart soften. This illness needs treatment, or it will keep exploding. --- The road is long, and the money is gradually getting shorter. --- Repeated stop-losses are truly despairing. The market plays you like this. --- From 350 to 100, this turning point really hits the heart.

Oh dear, this is the daily routine of a futures trader... stop-loss has become a habitual action.

This is a typical emotional trade. Lost 250u, a painful lesson. Looking at your trading approach, it's purely gambling with no discipline. The moment you increased your position, your resolve weakened. How can you not lose money... I've been through it too, and I finally realized that strict stop-loss is essential, or else it's an endless pit.
