#数字资产市场动态 Trading starts with mastering yourself

Plan your trades, then execute your plan — never reverse this order.

Honestly, trading is a constant battle with yourself. Every market fluctuation is poking at your greed and fear. The difference between those who make money and those who cut losses frequently isn't much; it all depends on who can control that restless, impulsive heart.

My approach is straightforward — write down your plan before trading, review the process afterward. A black pen on white paper, once you start writing, it's hard to change your mind casually.

Questions like "Where do I set my stop-loss?" and "Why buy this coin?" should have clear answers before you act. This way, even if $BTC or $SOL suddenly plunges, you won't panic and make reckless moves.

Don't get cocky after making money; that's just the market rewarding you. Don't be discouraged after losing; that's the tuition you pay in trading.

This market offers plenty of opportunities, but what’s truly scarce is the mindset that can stay steady amid wild swings, and the capital still in your account.

When your mindset is about to explode, I force myself to leave the screen and take a break. This kind of "manual interruption" can often save your life, preventing impulsive decisions.

The common trait of top traders is this — as soon as they sense their rationality drifting, they immediately choose to step back.

Remember: missing a wave of gains isn’t a big deal, but blowing up your account because your mindset cracked — that’s real regret. The longer you survive, the fatter your account grows. In this game, survival is more valuable than rushing to make money.

You're absolutely right. I recently fell into this trap. When writing plans, I was confident, but as soon as $BTC plummeted, I forgot everything and panicked, cutting my losses. Now I realize that the real enemy is actually the version of myself lying on the sofa.

You're right, if you can't get past the mindset hurdle, everything else is pointless. I've learned this the hard way. Making a plan may sound cliché, but it really works. Putting pen to paper on a blank sheet is a form of discipline. The trick of stepping away from the screen is brilliant. How many times have I almost chased a rally only to turn around and avoid it? Living is more important than making quick money. That hits hard. Plans can never keep up with market changes, but at least they can help you avoid doing stupid things. If I had known these earlier, I wouldn't have been so many times educated by the market. Stop-loss is easy to talk about, but when the moment comes, you'll realize what greed really is. When your mindset collapses, it's really time to walk away, or you'll end up making decisions you'll regret.

I get it, the hardest part is definitely self-discipline. Honestly, 99% of people fail because of their mindset, not because of their skills.

That's so true, mindset is more deadly than technical analysis. I used to not have a plan, and whenever BTC suddenly dipped, I would lose my clarity. Forget it, let's get disciplined first and stop thinking about going all-in every time. Really, stepping away from the screen is a genius move. I've lost count of how many times I walked away for a bit and came back without doing something stupid.
