Only a few hours left before 2025. Looking back, the market performance this year has taught me many lessons. To be honest, the market has been testing my mindset on one hand, and asking me if I understand what "strategy" really means on the other.

The most memorable moments were those few times at the beginning of the year—whenever I saw a short-term surge, I would get impulsive and jump in, only to end up losing in most cases. I didn't realize at the time that I was fighting against the market. Later, I gradually understood that the biggest risk in trading is "hurry." The thrill of chasing gains and cutting losses quickly comes at the cost of shrinking your account.

The real turning point was slowing down. I stopped focusing on minute-by-minute fluctuations and started paying attention to longer-term strategies. With less short-term noise, the logic of making money became clearer. In the cryptocurrency market, sometimes observing quietly and waiting is more valuable than actively taking action.

Trading is not something you can master overnight. Patience is the best strategy.

Haha, those few waves of chasing gains at the beginning of the year are also a history of blood and tears. The more I talk about it, the more tears I have. Really, only after slowing down do I realize that the market isn't worth rushing for. Isn't it better to just relax and win passively?

That's right. At the beginning of the year, I was caught up in chasing highs and selling lows until I was exhausted. Looking back now, I feel a bit scared. But I feel that just slowing down the pace isn't enough; the key is to understand when to go long and when to stay out, and that's the real challenge.

I only realized from the losses at the beginning of the year that chasing gains is truly a poison. Really, slowing down is the key.
