Do traders have this feeling—after starting to trade cryptocurrencies, their sleep schedule is completely ruined. Going to bed at 10:30? That's impossible.

Every night, staring at the order book, afraid of missing any market movement. Anyway, since I'm just idling around, I might as well watch some K-line charts. As a result, two or three hours pass by, and I feel no sleepiness at all. The truly terrifying thing is that kind of futile late-night scrolling—seeing no valuable information, but just can't put down the phone.

The most uncomfortable part is that kind of contradiction: knowing it's not right but still continuing to refresh the screen. Lying in bed, feeling guilty, but still can't fall asleep. Are all crypto people like this? Or is it just me being so bad at it?

Isn't this just my daily routine? Staring at the market until dawn is the normal operation.

Haha, isn't this just my daily routine? I just can't stop. Honestly, FOMO can really drive people crazy. Put down the phone, five minutes later pick it up again, and the cycle continues. People in the crypto world are all like this; either you're inexperienced or the market is just too exciting. Sleep? What's that? I only know candlestick charts. The scariest part is knowing you're losing money but still keep watching the market; that's true addiction. It's really a psychological issue—knowing you shouldn't look but just can't stop. I've gone through this phase too. As for now... I still can't change, haha.

Really, I was trading all night and couldn't tell what was going on; I just kept slipping and stopping, that's the most awesome part.

Bro, I got caught in the crossfire. Still looking at the chart at 3 a.m., it's really incredible.

I have so much say that I might as well be in deep sleep, drowning in debt.

So realistic, what time is it now? I'm still watching the market.

honestly the incentive structures around 24/7 market surveillance create some non-trivial externalities on circadian rhythms... historically precedent suggests traders rationalize this as FOMO mitigation but the game theoretical implications are kinda grim tbh
