After so many years in the crypto market, the most heartbreaking truth is this: no matter what coins you hold—small-cap coins or various new concepts—if Bitcoin doesn't rise, don't expect to have a chance.

This is not some profound theory. Careful observation will reveal that no matter how many tokens there are, how many tricks they have, or how good their stories sound, the market's pulse is actually just one thing—Bitcoin's rise and fall. When BTC repeatedly tests the bottom, even good news or hot concepts for altcoins are hard to show any substantial performance. As long as Bitcoin remains stagnant, the liquidity of the entire market is locked up.

Looking at it from another angle, you can completely simplify the entire cryptocurrency market into one variable—Bitcoin. Mastering this core logic, many seemingly complex market phenomena become straightforward.

That's right, I lost half a year just because I insisted on altcoins. When BTC doesn't move, altcoins all die. This is a painful lesson. Is this another Bitcoin harvesting scam? You really only need to watch the BTC chart, don't overthink it. My bag is full of small coins, now I finally understand why it's been falling all along. This theory sounds right, but I still can't bear to sell.

Really, holding so many trash coins is not as good as going all in on BTC. To put it simply, only when BTC moves does the entire market move; everything else is just along for the ride. After these years, don’t believe anything—just keep an eye on Bitcoin’s pulse. No matter how hot the altcoin stories get, they can’t beat the upward trend of Bitcoin. Reality is this cruel. Liquidity being locked up is correct; if BTC stagnates, the entire market is doomed. Simplify it to one variable? Basically, it’s a game driven by Bitcoin.

It's too late to wake up; my wallet has already explained everything.

Really, chasing altcoins is like gambling; if BTC doesn't move, everything else is pointless. BTC is the real cash cow; other coins are just illusions. That's why I only watch BTC's trend. No matter how attractive other coins are, I don't pay attention. Ultimately, it still depends on big brother BTC leading the way; otherwise, no matter how good the concept, it won't save you. Anyway, I'm just holding onto BTC and waiting for the wind to turn, altcoins are all traps. This view is harsh but indeed realistic; those unwilling to admit it have all suffered losses. I've already recognized this point to avoid chasing hot topics and getting cut.
