Funds are rotating: who is favored more in this cycle
【Crypto World】The crypto market has recovered from consolidation. Trading volume is picking up, and funds are starting to selectively flow into higher volatility assets.
Bitcoin’s momentum has weakened significantly. Institutional participation is somewhat hesitant, large investors are inconsistent, mainly trading within a range. Ethereum is in a more awkward position — large investors are selling off, coupled with ETF funds flowing out in the opposite direction, putting considerable pressure.
In contrast, other public chains are much livelier. Solana has received institutional support and is undergoing network upgrades, gaining momentum. XRP is rising due to the influx of ETF funds and improved regulatory attitudes. BNB Chain is burning brightly with expectations of a hard fork and expanded institutional access.
TRON is maintaining its position in institutional settlements thanks to its stablecoin advantage and expectations of being included in ETFs. After clarifying token ownership issues, public opinion stabilized, and the integration of Telegram wallets is progressing, boosting sentiment. Polygon has taken a different approach — directly burning tokens to increase scarcity and optimizing development for institutions. This combination of strategies has made its narrative quite multi-dimensional.
In short, in this market cycle, funds are not broadly optimistic but are rotating selectively. The altcoin sector is showing clear differentiation, and institutional attitudes are reshaping the market power landscape.
