Laozi is optimistic about the mining path. No matter how much reserves you have, you have to wait for the price to go up. It's more enjoyable to produce BTC yourself.

Honestly, MicroStrategy's approach is just betting on Musk's mood. Mining is the real moat. Mining costs are right there, reserves rely solely on faith, and a bear market can wipe it out. Both paths can be impressive; why must we choose one over the other? MicroStrategy bets on believing in Bitcoin, BitMine bets on believing in itself... I choose the latter. The reserve plan is just waiting around; mining is truly participating in the ecosystem, and the technical complexity is on a different level. That said, anyone with money dares to HODL, but those who really make money are the miners.

Honestly, I am optimistic about both reserving Bitcoin and mining. But if I had to choose? I still bet on the reserve plan; capital is about influence. Mining costs are too painful, with energy prices soaring, it’s an instant bloodbath. I can understand MicroStrategy’s logic—betting on Bitcoin’s long-term appreciation, simple, straightforward, and effective. The road for BitMine is even harder, constantly worrying about electricity bills, hardware depreciation, and all that junk. Neither is wrong, but the difficulty of making money is worlds apart. Who will win in the end? It depends on who can withstand the bear market. It still seems more stable for big capital to accumulate Bitcoin; at most, they get trapped for a while. Mining, on the other hand, requires continuous spending.
