Having been involved in cross-border trade for many years, I am particularly sensitive to the words "cost" and "efficiency."
Initially, using traditional banks, a $100,000 payment would incur over $2,000 in fees and take 3 to 5 days to arrive. Later, I switched to stablecoins on other public blockchains, which indeed reduced fees significantly, but network congestion was a nightmare—I once missed a delivery deadline due to a congested block, and that lesson left a deep impression.
Starting in October 2025, with the Plasma chain and related ecosystem, I truly experienced what "cost reduction and efficiency enhancement" mean. The more I used it, the more I realized that this system is not just a money-saving tool but more like a circular system that can continuously create value through ecosystem operation—value growth is not driven by hype but by the countless real users who accumulate value through daily transactions.
First, let's talk about the value capture of ecosystem transaction fees. Everyone knows that small stablecoin transfers are free, but many overlook a detail: large-scale institutional settlements, RWA asset tokenization, and cross-chain exchanges are subject to fees. Part of these fees go to maintain validation nodes, and another part is directly used to burn ecosystem tokens, forming a deflationary mechanism.
Recently, I personally handled an example. I helped a foreign trade partner settle $500,000 in payments. Because it was an institutional-level large transaction, the entire process included an additional settlement confirmation step compared to small transfers, which also generated some network fees—part of this fee went into the token burn pool.
This is what I call the "cash cow" logic. It’s not about speculators entering and exiting, but about real business activities and genuine value circulation, allowing ecosystem token holders to benefit through a deflationary mechanism.
