The Central Bank of the UK or hints at another interest rate cut in March

Gold Finance reported that on February 5th, Kallum Pickering, Senior Economist at Peel Hunt, stated in a report that the Central Bank of the UK is expected to cut interest rates on Thursday and may signal another rate cut in March. Pickering said that the UK Central Bank may keep the monetary policy guidance unchanged and cut interest rates once every quarter. He said, ‘However, the risks tend to suggest that policymakers are willing to respond more forcefully to the economic weakness.’ (Jin10)
