The law firm withdraws the lawsuit against Coinbase for the delisting of wBTC, with both parties bearing their own legal costs.

On June 8, news reported that the law firm BiT Global agreed to withdraw the lawsuit against Coinbase for the delisting of wBTC just two months after the launch of the competing Token cbBTC. According to documents, BiT Global’s lawyers agreed to withdraw the lawsuit, which means that the lawsuit cannot be refiled. Both companies agreed to pay their respective legal fees incurred due to the lawsuit. The law firm BiT Global became a “strategic partner” with BitGo last year to jointly launch wBTC.
